As I love this I must admit that it does not cut all the vegetables enough and at some point I had to pay out in my Vitamix and blend and pour in. by City Reader
I used this steam and blend vegetables and fruit to make jelly for my son. I enjoyed being able to do more large batches to freeze for later by hasanogluk
